How do I contact Design Doranne?

Where are you located?

Do you ship international orders?
We only ship to the United States. We do not accept international orders.

Is there a catalog that you can send me?
The catalog that we provide our customers is through our retail website. This allows us to continually update our information without incurring costs. It also keeps the customers up to date on prices and products.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Our normal shipping time is within one or two business days after the order has been confirmed. The speed of the order also depends on the distance and the shipping method you choose. We provide many options from UPS ground all the way to next day air. If you select ground shipping, the delivery time can range from 5 to 7 days, but we ask you to allow a maximum of 14 days for delivery. Most of our orders are shipping by standard UPS ground transportation.

How do I know my order has been placed and what if an item is out of stock?
After you place an online order, there will be an automatically generated acknowledgement stating that we have received your order. There then will be a confirmation of shipment within 72 hours, or you will be notified of any delay at that time through email. Credit Card transactions are subject to verification by the issuing bank.

How do I send an order to an address other than my billing address?
It is possible to ship an order to another address but for your security we ask that you give us your credit card billing address as well. This is in order to confirm that you are the true card holder and it will help protect you from any unauthorized of your card.

How safe is it to pay by credit card at designdoranne.com?
It's perfectly safe. We use the best encryption methods to keep all online transactions secure and private. When you send in your information, your computer encrypts the information before it sends the data. Only our server has the right key that decrypts what you send us.

What happens to my information I send to you, will it ever be given out?
No, we will never sell or give out any information that you provide us. It is used only for internal purposes and to contact you directly.

What is your return policy?
All claims/returns must be approved and be made no later than 15 days after receipt of order. All return merchandise must be in its original box. No returns of worn or shelf-damaged items are acceptable. Merchandise returns for reasons other than our error are subject to a 20% handling charge. YTC Summit will only give credit for merchandise received based on original claim called into office.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
designdoranne.com charges sales tax for orders shipped to California. Sales tax is automatically computed on product(s) ordered.

Do we offer C.O.D to our retail customers?
No we do not.

What is your Method of Payments?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover credit cards. We do not accept PayPal.
